This is not a problem but the straps are stiff and require a lot of pressure to insert the attachment into the strap. Initially I found it very uncomfortable to detach the strap (from my hand). I think straps are better suited to be worn on the right wrist than the left. But I solved the problem by wearing the strap backwards. Advertisement. The bands look great, love the colors I got and for $3.25 a band I got a deal I'm happy with. Gave it 5 stars for ease of use because once I figured out I had to wear it backwards there were no more fiddly openings. I didn't rate the mobile app because I don't know what it is.
