Customer service is always the most important thing
I liked customer service. The product was exactly what I ordered. Easy installation once you are familiar with the wiring. I had the radio in my daughter's car for 3 months and it stopped working when I emailed the company and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Since we couldn't solve the problem, they sent me another one. The touch screen works well. The only complaint is that the main screen shows kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour. They said that this is a decorative element and cannot be changed.
