Bought the XL, im 5-11, 235

Bought this item for weight loss. Looking for that extra sweat but I wasn't sure about sizing. I went with an XL after a guy with similar stature and it fit perfectly 👌. It is snug but thats good and its long enough to cover my stomach. For me, I get the best results when I put a Hoodie on over the sauna suit.

This vest is definitely the perfect wait trainer. It’s comfortable and the material is great. I wear it not only to Exercise in but also to wash my car and other outside activities. I did get it’s on most of the time, that’s how great it is.
