Review on 🚴 Optimized Kool Stop V Brake Pad Inserts for Bicycles by Jonathan Partridge

I have these pads on both of my family's commuter bikes. My wife and I ride about 12-15 miles in a workday year round and these pads are reliable even in wet and muddy conditions. When mounting on the bike, note the mounting direction: the longer side faces forward to flatten the wet rim before the locking surface engages (great designers!). They are comparable to other high-end pads and are easily removed from the trunk with needle-nosed pliers. Good price and nice design.
