I love this product. My face looks smoother than usual and I can actually see an improvement in the small areas that bother me (especially my nose). First I noticed a difference in some of the fresh cystic acne spots that were left on my nose. It also helped greatly reduce those really tiny benign white bumps in the chin area. As indicated, do not use on open wounds or inflamed skin. AKA, burns after waxing or plucking. ALSO can lead to thinning of the skin. My regular wax ended up ripping off a significant amount of skin, which doesn't usually happen (although I stopped the toner a week before the wax). It did help heal damaged skin though (I think).
