I like that it is easy to use for both customer and salesperson. It is very simple but it does what you need exactly. The only thing I dislike about this product is that sometimes when you are editing something, it takes sometime for it to update. As far as customer service, they are great! Very helpful and friendly. I have used other quote products in the past and this one has been the best so far. We have solved our issues with quoting and invoices and we are able to provide more accurate quotes than ever before.
