I used this to assemble 2 bikes and service 2 others. All in all a useful and practical tool for the local bike shop. I used it to insert some master links, cut and cleaned the cable housing and crimped the terminals. The grip is comfortable, although it could be more comfortable with my long fingers and large hands. The handles feel narrow in my hands, but they still get the job done. The experiences with the pressure test are similar. I have used better wire end crimping tools that produce more precise and accurate crimps, but these tools were much more expensive. For work at home and on family bikes, this one is suitable. It's just not that clean. Cutting cords also requires a bit more work than some of the more expensive cutters, and I had to do some tidying up the end of a cord after cutting. But again, it does the trick here. All in all, if a tool like this has everything for the price, it's not going to win a "best of" award. for all the things he does. However, I'd say it does its job a little better than Good Enough, which I'm happy with when all of these features are available at this price point. If you get your expectations right, it will meet or exceed them. For the price I think this is an above average tool for any homeowner to keep in their bike tool closet.
