I have used silk pillowcases before and have stopped. I decided to try again as my hair was frizzy and brittle. These are the best 25m's I've used and I've used the ones that get high reviews online. This one is definitely soft, didn't sweat all night and in the morning my hair was soft and there was almost no hair in my comb. I like the zipper on the bag as it keeps it from sliding down. The color I came up with (flint blue) is just beautiful. When it comes to laundry I will use a laundry bag, machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and hang dry. I did the same with the others and had no problems.
