Review on Golden Arcylic Paint Ounce Fluorescent by Jennifer Roberts
like most of the Golden liquid acrylic paints I have.
I found this to be just as easy to work with as most Golden liquid acrylics. But it wasn't "neon fluorescent" blue, it was sky blue. I still liked it, but compared to the neon fluorescent pink I have, this one was more muted.
