Update II: After receiving the replacement strap and using it for some time, the problem seems to be resolved. The belt is easy to turn on and off. Update: BSeen checked my last review and contacted me personally to resolve the issue. Your team sends me a new belt, investigates the problem from a technical point of view and fixes the issue I had to deal with to prevent it in the future. Summary of my original problem: There was a problem in the battery switch housing when it was attached to the LED strip. The belt will only light up when pushed firmly from the back of the case (this allows the metal bars to connect to the LED strip).
