Review on Wilton WIL55114 Hammer BASH Dead by Brian Trujillo

Purchased March 2019 considering it is a dead hammer, of little use and only weighs 1.5lbs bought it for less use. At the same time, the head of this one has already split. Working on a farm there are some things I use a deep mallet or rubber mallet for. Last time I used this I drove a U-joint into the shaft and couldn't use a steel hammer or accidentally damage the housing, pretty much what I bought it for. I really thought Wilton hammers should be the best, but as you can see in the picture, at least for me they aren't. Definitely disappointed with that. I think I'll go back to my old cheap rubber mallet that I'm still using a few years later.
