Review on UserReplay by Mike Bucher

This allows us as developers/marketers / analysts to see what our audience is doing in real live time within seconds! It has simplified my work tremendously by giving me access right away with no messing around waiting times for API keys or SDKs etc. We were able to implement it pretty quickly because there are many examples out there already ready made so you can just copy paste code straight into Visual Studio which was great - all we needed from them was some simple advice about best practices when using their platform that they do not offer any support at this point (unless I'm missing something here). At first people had questions how analytics could be useful but then later after seeing how fast things moved and realized its amazing how powerful this really is even after basic implementation! UserReplay provides a great and a very easy to use interface. The customer care and support is also very easy to use and provides a great experience. We are solving a lot of the issues of what the customer is seeing and not seeing. We are also solving a lot of the issues of what the customer is doing on the app in the app, and what the customer is not doing on the app. We also help the customer to understand what the customer is seeing.
