Easy integration into Salesforce, works like magic when integrated within our CRM system providing data at touch points across sales funnel making prospect contact management easier than ever before - highly recommend if this is something that interests You. Give some time getting used to all new functionality but once done benefits are amazing!! No dislikes so far just minor quirks whilst initial setup may take several days / hours (depending upon resources). I like how fast they can give me results. Their support is great too if needed. Sometimes there's some errors when extracting emails from profiles but that's not their fault at all since its linkedin who has those problems. Keep using them until now everything works perfect. They are able to find contacts via different criteria (location, title etc.) so we're always well prepared before meeting our potential customers or partners.
