Attention buyers! I had a working VCR with a small bar at the bottom of the screen. I bought this thinking it might fix the line. After trying this cassette, my VCR has no picture. As a reminder, before I put the cassette in, my VCR was working. After using this tape cleaner, this did not happen. I emailed the seller and got this response: 1. You can play the cleaner multiple times.2. If this still doesn't work, I suggest you ask the VCR manufacturer if the problem is with the VCR. Okay let me call Panasonic and see if there is anyone in tech support who knows what's wrong with my VCR lol. So now I'm looking on ebay for a new VCR. I'm a little angry.
