Product was DOA when received. We called Asus, sent the goods, after which they lost the goods in the "warehouse" for two weeks. They ended up sending me a replacement product (previously repaired product). A replacement product is currently in use and the phone has the same issues as the first. Now they tell me the pins on the CPU socket are bent and they want to charge me $400 for a replacement because the warranty has expired. When the product was ok beforehand, I sent it to Asus.
