This scraper is more attractive and less obtrusive than competing products, more durable than most but less durable than I was hoping for. Other reviews mention that it's made from pressed cardboard and is less prone to rapid shredding. Regardless, my two cats don't seem to have a problem ripping out pieces of cardboard and throwing them all over the floor. Unlike other claws, 4CLAWS doesn't have a catnip attachment to attract cat's attention. My cats walked past the two I bought even though they were in the exact same spots as their previous scratching posts. I had to grind up some catnip to sprinkle on top before they started scratching and that catnip ended up right on the floor. So not perfect, but attractive and a little better than most.
