I liked the ease of use, quick results and ability to get multiple reports in one screen. The customer service was very good! It took about 1 week for them to respond. I would definitely recommend this product. Sometimes it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. This helps with that! There is nothing I dislike about this program. It has been great being able to run our background checks quickly. We have had more than one interviewee that tested positive for drugs or alcohol. It allows us to continue with the process and not be stuck waiting for their drug screening test results.
