Review on PHILIPS X-treme Vision +130% Headlight Bulbs (Pack of 2) - Enhanced Visibility (H4 60/55W) by Eldrick Carlton

I bought these bulbs to replace the stock H4 bulbs on my Yamaha FZ1. I wanted more light and whiter light. These lamps achieved their goal, albeit moderately. I've only given 4 stars because while I do give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt and admit they probably put out 130% more light than standard H4 bulbs, it really doesn't make much of a difference as you might think. I did a quick comparison in my garage after changing a bulb and I was driving in the dark just before changing two bulbs and again right after, and despite the difference to the stock H4 I had before , felt and appreciated. , it's absolutely nothing compared to HID projectors. The big advantage for me is that I have a headlight modulator so LEDs and HID are out of the question. So these lamps are probably the best option that will allow me to keep the modulator. Of course installation was very easy as they look the same as standard H4 bulbs except for the blue coating over the quartz body.
