I just had to plug it in and the drivers loaded automatically. I went into my live video streaming software, selected my camera and left. The image and video quality is excellent. The computer I use it on is my backup and the built in camera washed my face with the headlight on and off. With this camera I have normal skin tones and my background is crystal clear. I set it up to use my own microphone for podcasts and had no issues with my lips being out of sync with the video. I'm afraid the camera is moving forward, but I'm already thinking of a fix for that. For the price this is a good buy. So don't rush to buy.
