The product was very nice and solid when installed. Look very nice after installation. It's very easy to do it yourself. Need a heat gun if you want it to stay strong. When I finally installed I tried to shape it with a bend on the back of the barrel I noticed a clean crack or cut (couldn't check between them). When I was more than halfway through and all I had to do was force install on my computer to complete the project. In any case, if I don't have that defective crack/caret, it looks fantastic. It came in a package. I don't know if it's his fault. You will need to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement, or you will need to send it back or have Revain replace it. Will be updated.
