Review on Detection Recording Wireless Security Surveillance by Roy Ramos

Clock/Camera (WEMLB EL-726 HD 1080P) needs to be synchronized with the application to be downloaded. The app downloaded without any problems, but the clock/camera didn't sync to the app after at least 15 attempts by myself and my company's IT team. They send me videos to help with the setup process. I have watched the videos several times and even videos from other sellers of the same product sold under other brands and still no luck. I called support 2 times and both times the phone connection was so bad that I don't want to waste any more time trying to get this device to work. If customer service doesn't improve, I think they're going to go broke.
