The product has been around for about 3 years now, so I know there are some issues with it from time too but they have improved over these past few year since its launch. Its great that you can track orders by location as well; this makes things easier when tracking inventory levels of items at different locations or even just knowing how much stock we need before going into production mode again if something goes wrong during our manufacturing process (which happens quite often). As mentioned above though, sometimes certain features do not work very smoothly like using multiple tabs while creating reports etc., however their support team really helps out once notified via email! This system does help keep good records of all your customer data such us emails/order history along with keeping record of sales figures etc.- thus making accounting easy after each month ends!
