Received my scale yesterday and opened it this morning. First I checked the correctness. I'm not the right weight so I searched through all the unopened things to test this and only found 2 that I wanted to open. I took a bar of Dove soap out of the box and found it weighed 90.56g. I raised and reinserted it several times and each time it went back to 0 and back to 90.56. The net weight was stated on the packaging as 90 g. I looked at how much the actual weight can legally differ from the displayed weight and found that products that fall within "81g to 117g" have a "maximum allowable deviation (of) 7". 2 grams.β (Legal option for cosmetics, this includes bar soap) Then I weighed the contents of the tea bag. The box shows a total net volume of 40 g (with 20 tea bags: 1 bag contains 2 grams). I poured the contents of the tea bag onto the scale and it showed exactly 2g! These were the only handy things I could find and wanted to open, but my dad has calibration weights that I can use later. I will update my post and share the results. Checking the accuracy after a few uses is useful in itself! Anyway, I'm very happy for now! I find the backlit screen very useful!
