We used observe to help us identify issues with an existing application. It helped us see why certain components weren't working correctly. This was invaluable for finding root cause issues. We had a specific use case for which observe could not be used. But we found that we could use it in a different way. We still ended up using observe as a diagnostic tool to see if our processes were correct and to determine what else we should be doing. It helped us see trends and relationships in real time and allowed us to go back and understand old data.
