In short: Would I buy again : - As mentioned in other reviews, this is not real wrought iron; This is metal paint. Ours also had very small scratches showing bare metal beneath the paint. It's not really flashy or a big deal, but it was very easy to just go out and buy a can of matte black spray paint. That's why I covered it with a layer of paint before installing it. Once all the rails and brackets were in place (they are bolted together) some of them had to be either loosened or tightened to get the brackets flush with the wall. Not a big deal, just worth mentioning. This is most likely due to our own drywall and not the hardware, but some of the anchors lost their grip on the drywall when tightening the screws, necessitating the purchase of larger, stronger anchors. The cons were a big issue and I would definitely recommend these splints. We bought a 6 foot section and two 4 foot sections. Ease of installation is directly related to how "comfortable" you are. The hardest part is measuring and aligning the holes in the wall. They should be about 34-36 inches across each tier.
