Review on Delta Faucet R2707 Flexible Roman by Kendriece Figueroa

Faucet won't turn off after hours of complicated installation. There is no leak near the valves and the water flow changes when the faucet is moved, but it doesn't turn off completely unless we squeeze and hold the faucet handles. This applies to both hot and cold valves. A call to Delta support was useless as all they could recommend was to replace the spring and washers under the anyway brand new cartridge and they will send out replacement parts with shipping within 4-7 business days. It's no use having an experienced contractor trying to finish a bathroom. I bought replacement cartridges, springs and washers from Lowes as a last resort and even replacing them didn't work. So I had to pay extra to remove the valves and replace them with the Moen which was more expensive but very easy to install and didn't have the same drip issues. Wasted a whole day installing, troubleshooting and disassembling this valve. Extremely disappointed and will never buy a Delta faucet again!
