Why not have a return policy and resell them with new innards?
We use this filter system in our dressing room. Doesn't matter! I am 100% satisfied with the features and performance. What worries me is getting rid of the old filters. I feel terrible when I throw them in the trash. Why does LEVOIT make them non-returnable and refit them by reusing the main parts? That's a problem enough that I would stop using it to save the planet.
