Good customer support
He had a job, Bluetooth, and worked when he wanted. The sound was actually pretty decent, but unreliable at best when it actually works. It will connect, but getting it to work is another story. Yes it seemed cheap, looks cheap, tastes cheap - $50 but that's 1 job he had to do and it failed. Edit: Changed from 1 star to 3 because support contacted me to fix the issue. I didn't contact them but they tried their best to resolve the issue painlessly. I value good customer support so it's a gamble but safer than buying new.
