Easy to navigate and helps keep track organized

I like how easy it was for me as an agent in my agency when we were getting new agents trained, they could just log into our account without even having prior experience with Ticketmaster (or any other software). It has been very helpful so far but there are some things i would change if possible! Like sometimes you have multiple options of tickets being open at one time which can be confusing because its not always clear what option will close first or get closed last etc.. There needs more training available especially since most people don't know much about this platform yet due t he fact noone uses their product before using ours haha But overall great tool!! The benefits include ease-of use/usability & scalabilty across all departments within your organization, including accounting teams who previously had little knowledge /experience wtih tech solutions such as email management platforms - allowing them access.
