Makes a hole, but not exactly.

Did the job, put a knurled .685 OD hole on the wheel studs. However, the tool had an overall runout of about 0.0300, the margins differed by 0.0200 from side to side. Does the job, but if you want an accurate 0.6719 hole, plan closer to 0.700.
