Excellent industrial drill bits

Based on my experience, these industrial drill bits are top-notch. The precision and accuracy of the cuts are impressive. The reduced shank is also a great feature that allows for effortless drill bit changes. The only downside to these bits is that they are a bit pricier compared to other options on the market.

Makes a hole, but not exactly.

Did the job, put a knurled .685 OD hole on the wheel studs. However, the tool had an overall runout of about 0.0300, the margins differed by 0.0200 from side to side. Does the job, but if you want an accurate 0.6719 hole, plan closer to 0.700.

Great Value!: Drill Bit

I used this to increase the inside diameter of two 3.5" thick pieces of steel from .625" to .672". This allowed me to work 3/4-10. Even with a drill press that revs too high (800rpm instead of around 250rpm, which would be optimal for a piece of this size in steel) it went through both with ease. kept a light but steady stream of water on the bit to keep it cool. Would I use them for a professional business? Probably not. However, I would definitely recommend these bits for the occasional DIYโ€ฆ
