Review on H4 Headlight Relay Harness Kit for Toyota Pickup & Tacoma - Solve Dual Ground Problem by Temarquis Lopez

got this for 89 jeep wrangler yj. Installation was easy except there weren't enough wires to reach the battery post. I had to add a section or it wouldn't reach the headlights. When I turned on the headlights, only the high beams worked, not the low beams. I checked all cables for continuity, power and ground were fine, there were no problems with the ground. It wasn't the relay, it was the wiring harness. I would go back but had to cut the power cord to extend it. I reconnected my original wiring harness to the headlights and had no problems. EDIT: I found the problem. There was a jumper on the back of the relay box that was not plugged into the correct terminal. It was connected to the middle connector which is not actually used and is not connected to the relay. This is the power wire coming from the battery, it goes to the low beam relay power connector, then a jumper was connected to the high beam relay power connector but left unconnected. The device works great now after I fixed it. Another problem is that the gauge of the wire does not match what is declared. I reassembled the entire block to the correct caliber and saw an improvement.
