Terrible and dangerous purchase
I find it totally unacceptable that I cannot return this item because it is so heavy and UPS refuses to bring the box to collect it again. This heat press started smoking and smelling like burnt wires after two days of use. I ran out of $200 because there's no way I can physically bring this machine to the UPS store. I am very upset and feel robbed.
