After reading the reviews on this product (some negative) I was concerned that the laptop I ordered might not have all the features listed in the description. I am pleased to report that I have received a new (not refurbished) HP laptop and have verified that it has all the hardware and software listed in the description. Installation was easy and everything works perfectly. IMHO, great value for money.
