Has all the features listed

After reading the reviews on this product (some negative) I was concerned that the laptop I ordered might not have all the features listed in the description. I am pleased to report that I have received a new (not refurbished) HP laptop and have verified that it has all the hardware and software listed in the description. Installation was easy and everything works perfectly. IMHO, great value for money. Note that this is *not* touchscreen, but uses all of these features: Processor: AMD Athlon…

Senior Moment Update!

Decided to retire with a new laptop. HP arrived much quicker than I expected. It was a win for me! It was easy to set up and I've been working on it ever since! (Not quite retired as you can read) Enjoying my new HP! I've done my research and this HP has been listed as one of the top 10 to consider. myself. It was a great price and color (but that shouldn't matter when buying it) rose gold. HP is easy to use and operate. I can really recommend this notebook.

Unresolved Issue - Computers and Tablets

The laptop claimed to come with Microsoft 365. It wasn't installed on the device and didn't have a product key. I spoke to Revain, HP and Microsoft and they all kept referring me to another company. It was very uncomfortable walking back and forth for hours. My issue has not been resolved and I am unable to use the laptop for the reason I bought it. I think I'll return the laptop and buy it from the store.
