ReviewInc is easy to use and the customer service is top-notch. The dashboard is easy to use and the product is updated on a regular basis. I can't see any downsides to this product. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a reputation management and review management service. I use this product to monitor my review activity on the platform that I use and to interact with my customer service. I also use this to interact with the reviews that I published. I like how it helps me to manage my customer feedback. It's very easy to use since there aren't many options to explore for new users who are not familiar with software such as this one. There isn't much that i don't like about it but if there was something that i dislike about it then it would be easier to fix. This product serves its purpose well. The best thing about this tool is managing customer feedback especially after they have given you positive or negative reviews.
