Used to SUCCEED the rib into position.

I've had a rib for a little over a week. My usual methods couldn't enter it. The muscles in my back contracted into a ball that I couldn't unroll so I could take the tension off the rib to insert it. I took a double ball and placed it on my spine. rolls on both sides. Roll it up and put the rib back inside. He backed out several times, so the third time I held him over the rib and in. ADVANTAGES: They work BUT YOU PAY to use them. It's pretty annoying, but worth it! Each type of ball has multiple uses and different treatments, making them truly versatile. The price is a big plus. The lacrosse ball has the right density and shape. The double ball is ideally spaced for spinal work. CONS: The texture of the ball is a bit grippy so it may shrink on clothes, it's not a big deal but depending on what you're wearing you have to take this into account, it's PITA with loose fabrics. The Double Spine Ball seems to give a LITTLE bit too much. But I'm a big guy at 250 pounds so I'm saying there could be a 10-20% reduction in recoil. With less heavy frames this may not be a problem.
