I've only been using it for a week, but I see one issue worth mentioning. The lights came on as soon as I placed them in the patio pond, which is what they were supposed to do. They turned off when I took them out of the water. If you leave them in the water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the small sensors on the bottom will begin to corrode and turn green. When I took them out of the water a few days later they wouldn't turn off, probably due to the corrosion I mentioned. The lights are good for what they are. I'll probably throw those things away at the end of the summer and buy new ones next summer.
