I like that it allows me as an employee of my organization, access for our customers via mobile devices which makes us more accessible than any other competitor offering out there at this time! The platform needs some improvement regarding its design interface/ user friendly features but overall very good so far!! Nothing specific yet - still evaluating all aspects before finalizing decision making process with regards towards choosing between different platforms available online currently.- We are able solve many problems related specifically within hospitality industry such as guest satisfaction management (customer feedbacks) allowing them easy way getting their queries resolved without delay while providing effective solutions; also solving issues relating business operations including sales &amp activity monitoring etc.;.
