These things are absolutely SMALL. There will be 2 locations.

These things are absolutely SMALL. Has 2 rust resistant chrome discs, 2 secure brackets, 2 plates and 2 on the back of the bumper. I must have missed it in the text of the description, but these R 4 bikes are NOT license plates. The bolt is so small it would require two people to install, one holding the head and tiny bolt while someone under the bumper tries to unscrew the miniature nut that comes with it. I wanted a set for a second record but I won't buy it again
