Great Tool For Lead Generation / Sales Funnel Tracking

I really like that we can track our customers down to where they actually have been using this tool! It's always changing, so it often gets old for me but then something amazing happens with one of their updates or when someone emails you back out about how much better its going (if only just by 1%) - which is nice :) Their customer service has honestly never let us not be satisfied either way as well- even if there isn't anything wrong at all in regards to what your question was asking them!! We also love being able find trends over different timespans too because sometimes people are looking right now instead than last week etc.. I like that it is easy to use and has everything you need right in one place. There is nothing so far that I dislike about the tool. It's been great for us! We have been able to track all of our leads, campaigns, and sales opportunities throughout the funnel. We also use the reporting feature daily to see what is working and what isn't. This helps us make adjustments as needed.

  • Integrations/API integrators available through SFDC team
  • Customer support from both an account rep AND product development lead who knows his stuff !!!! : )
