The customer support team was excellent with their help in understanding our processes, converting accounting rules as well tracking all changes we made during each stage of an audit engagement which helped us achieve best results at every step! Nothing much yet but if you are looking out there then definitely give it try because they offer great value compared to other competitors who charge higher rates than this one does!! We have been using Optrack since last two years now where initially no software could be able solve even simple tasks like double entry reconciliation so what else can i say about such professional services provider?
