So I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife, little did I know it would end up being a gift for the whole family. My kids almost get into a boxing match just to use the blessed thing. Let's go over the features. HEAT: works a little too good in my opinion, it burned the crap out of my feet, but it feels OH SO GOOD! Bubbles could be a little stronger or even maybe some directed jets? (Wink wink product developers) Red light: not sure what it's purpose is other then to add a little ambiance to the water. Niw the best part, the massage rollers! They are AMAZING! After (falling asleep) about 20-30 minutes and pulling my feet out, I felt like I was walking on clouds. My feet felt so rejuvenated, and I will tell going a few days without using it, I start to get an itch, an itch for some relaxation. The tub depth is perfect, total foot submersion in my feet up to about my ankles (im 6'0" with size 11 feet) I get an occasional water splash out of the tub onto the carpet, but hey whatever. My kids now want their own foot spa and have added it to their Christmas list for next year already lol. Should you get one? ABSOLUTELY! I've had no issues with the operation of the machine so no reason to call Customer service as of yet. I plan on buying one for myself too, that way I'm not always stealing the wife's. 🤣😉
