This deburring tool is very easy to use. The part of the handle is made of anodized aluminum with a length of about 10 cm and a diameter of about 2 cm. The knurling around the grip is cleanly cut and covers just over half the length. This makes it much more comfortable to use than other half-diameter handle options. The spring-loaded steel blade liner holds securely but shows machining marks and an uneven finish. Because of this, the mechanism seems a bit rough, but not so much that it interferes with its operation. The included blades are sharp and appear to be properly tempered. They work great on aluminum out of the box. They are too sharp for plastic when new. I would recommend using them on metal first and then saving the slightly tarnished ones for plastic.
