Great service! Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about all aspects of their product from webcasting to transcription workflows as well as video editing software usage etc..
They also have an amazing customer support team which is always available via phone or email should you need any assistance during normal business hours (9am-5pm EST). There's nothing I dislike at this time but there could be more options in pricing plans offered by them if they were looking into expanding so that customers can get better value out off what we pay now compared with other companies offering similar products / quality level - however great price point currently makes it hard not just us clients using captions yet paying lower than others too. We use CaptioNet primarily when working remotely because our client base spans across different states within Canada therefore being able to offer such high speed delivery without affecting end users experience has been very important factor since some people.
