I love this bed skirt! The crumpled linen look is exactly what I wanted and it adds just the right touch of effortless elegance to my bedroom. Due to the weight of my hybrid memory mattress, I was unable to lift it to place the cotton portion of the insert on top of the spring. (Even that cotton lining is good, heavy!) So I cut a piece down the middle, leaving about a 12 inch border and tucked it under the mattress. It works well although I may need to attach it to the box spring when I change bedding. The skirt is very well made and the linen is a bit see-through. The unbleached linen color is quite beautiful too, just what I wanted. The skirt was well packaged and shipping was fast. Overall I'm more than satisfied - I wish the stars weren't for 'easy to install' because I'd like to give 5 stars - it's not the manufacturer's fault I have an extra heavy mattress!
