I hope I never need it

The product is as advertised. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I really don't think the blade will cut through anything (won't cut through a piece of cardboard) - has anyone tried maybe cutting an old seat belt to know ? The blade is similar to the X-Acto but not as good. Maybe it can be replaced with a good X-Acto blade?
