I love this product. You will be given peanuts and a ball along with a mesh bag to store them. Both are made of hard rubber that won't compress under its own weight (I'm 207 pounds) and both are covered in a textured material that prevents foreign objects like dust from sticking to them. After purchasing the product, the company sends a link to the user manual in PDF format. The same coating that makes them less prone to dirt also makes them a little less grippy than they otherwise would be. For me, both items tend to slide over any type of finished surface I've used to date ie high quality hardwood floors, walls and countertops. Otherwise, I found both articles to be very helpful for trigger points in the back, as well as medial and lateral epicondylitis on both arms. Remember that both of these items are HEAVY and should be. Don't buy them, complain that they are too hard and give bad reviews. These are the only people who have given bad reviews to this product. If, like me, you ignore these reviews, you will find that this product is approaching five stars, which is one of the reasons I bought it. . However, this is the only issue I am dealing with. Otherwise this is a quality product that I would recommend.
