
I’m really enjoying these knives. I’ve had them about a month. They are easy to handle and at least so far are very sharp; they even pass the slicing of the tomato test. The much more expensive knives may be a tiny bit sharper but my experience is that the price difference doesn’t justify this tiny difference.All ceramic knives are delicate and again my experience is that eventually there will be a mishap and they will snap; including the most expensive. It doesn’t feel so bad when what snaps is a fraction of the price.This is also a useful size trio.Yes, as the home chef, I heartily recommend these knives.
