I have ordered 2 brown tote bags with blue trim and the color is more like taupe which looks very pretty and is very similar to the picture in the product description. I ordered these for my medium sized cats and they both fit comfortably with enough room to lie on their side and not get flat. I was very surprised at how good the straps were! It is very light, with multiple entrances and exits with double zips to facilitate the insertion of your pet. Sturdy padded shoulder straps, an internal collar attachment strap, a removable and washable pillow and folds easily to less than 2 inches for easy storage anywhere. One thing I really hope the manufacturer considers in the future is to make a pouch to hold it in to protect any loose parts and keep them in one place when folded and not in use. I'll keep it in the plastic bags it comes with, but a matching case would be great. My only recommendation to buyers is to let the carriers sit and air out a bit before putting your pet in them like they do. that smell of a new car/type of luggage that can be disturbed by an animal inside. This is by no means bad or terrible, but animals are more sensitive to smells than humans. = Overall, this was one of my favorite random finds on Revain. I was looking for pet stores online and took a chance and found them here at such a great price and value. 4 paws high.
